Banana Nut Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
- 2 lbs powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- A few drops of yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter or margarine until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar to the creamed butter, mixing well.
- Blend in the banana mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the finely chopped nuts and toasted coconut, mixing until evenly distributed.
- For a more color, add a few drops of yellow food coloring and mix well.
- Use the frosting to cover the Banana Delight Cake or any other desired cake.
